Significant Developments

• The DIDP Master Plan was formally adopted by the local and regional development councils
• DIDP was endorsed by the Business Sector particularly the various programs and projects that will push for total socio- economic development of the DIDP Area
• DIDP was officially adopted by the National Government as one of its Flagship Projects in Mindanao
• DIDP was granted a total of P200M to fund its Food Security Projects for CY 1999 and CY 2000
